One E LP is the flagship fund managed by Mountain Fowler Asset Management Inc. It follows a tactical and focused approach to investing with the objective of maximizing capital appreciation and income from debt and equity investment instruments and strategies that offer exceptional risk/reward characteristics. To achieve its investment objective, the Fund will pursue a flexible investment style implementing both long and short strategies, and will typically be concentrated in a limited number of positions. Units in One E LP are offered to certain residents of Canada by way of offering memorandum pursuant to exemptions from prospectus and registration requirements contained in National Instrument 45-106.
